Patch 12 — Boss Control
The headline of this patch is Boss Control — a brand-new mini-game where you seize command of the arena, dictate which boss spawns, and cash out your dominance in a dedicated Boss Control Shop. On top of that, Boosters are back, we've added the Fatebound Journal T2, a new Drugo Costume, a Talent Reset, the Dragonkin Lamp, new Shortcut Keys, and a big pass of bug fixes — plus a look at what's coming next week with Pyramid Head.
01 Boss Control Mini-Game NEW
Take Control of the Arena
Boss Control is a brand-new, contest-driven mini-game. Fight for dominance over the control zone, and the player (or team) who holds it gets to decide which boss spawns next. Rack up Boss Control Points for every second you stay in command, then spend them in the all-new Boss Control Shop.
Enter the Zone
Head to the Boss Control area and step into the contested control point to start earning.
Hold & Contest
Stay in control to bank points over time. Rival players can push you off — fight to keep it.
Pick the Boss
Whoever holds control decides which boss spawns next — steer the fight your way.
- ✦Earn Boss Control Points passively while you hold the zone.
- ✦The controlling player chooses the next boss to spawn.
- ✦Fully PvP-contested — control can change hands at any moment.
- ✦Points feed directly into the new Boss Control Shop.
02 Boosters Are Back RETURNING
Boosters Return
By popular demand, Boosters are back. Stack your favourite modifiers — damage, drop rate and more — to push your farming and progression harder than ever.
They slot right into the current Modifiers category, so everything lives in one clean place alongside your existing boosts.
03 Boss Control Shop NEW
Spend Your Points
Every point you earn holding the control zone can be spent in the brand-new Boss Control Shop. Stocked with rewards you can't get anywhere else, it's the payoff for dominating the arena — the harder you hold, the more you can buy.
One of the standout stock items is the Boss Slayer Gem, giving you another reason to keep the zone under your banner.

04 Fatebound Journal T2 ADDED
Fatebound Journal T2
The Fatebound Journal T2 makes its debut this patch — another goal to chase for the players pushing the furthest.

A brand-new cosmetic joins the wardrobe — the Drugo Costume. Suit up and show it off in the arena.
06 Talent Reset NEW
Respec On Demand
Made the wrong call on your talent tree? You can now fully reset your talents and re-allocate from scratch. Experiment freely, adapt to new content, and rebuild your loadout whenever the situation calls for it.
07 Donation Point Store NEW
Dragonkin Lamp
Added the Dragonkin Lamp to the Donation Point Store — a way to spend your donation points on a hefty XP boost.
Built for the players who despise skilling but still want to hit max — turn your points into levels and skip the grind you can't stand.

11 Coming Soon NEXT UP
Next Update — Pyramid Head
The plan was to ship two mini-games today. During development, complications arose with Pyramid Head that we weren't willing to rush — so rather than push out both half-baked, we made the call to focus on Boss Control. That let us get much-needed Boosters back into the game in a genuinely fun, contested way — right now, not "eventually."
Pyramid Head lands next week, and it's bringing serious firepower with it: brand-new Best-in-Slot weaponry and more. It'll be worth the short wait.
Also On The Way
- Diamond effect being reworked — moving to a consumable.
- Diamond consumable coming to the PC Store.
- 1 new Ring coming to the PC Store.
- 1 new Necklace coming to the PC Store.
That's Patch 12 — Boss Control takes centre stage, Boosters make their return, and there's a stack of fresh rewards and quality-of-life wins to dig into. Grab the zone, pick your boss, and let us know what you think in Discord — Pyramid Head is next.
