Home & Skilling Zone Remastered
Your home base and the dedicated skilling zone have both been completely rebuilt. New layouts, new NPCs, streamlined navigation, and a purpose-built training hub designed to make your early and mid-game progression smoother than ever.
Home Area — Rebuilt from Scratch
The Xalor home area has been redesigned from the ground up. The old layout was functional but cramped and difficult to navigate. The new home is spacious, visually striking, and built around a central hub design that puts everything you need within a few clicks.

The new home area features:
- Central plaza with a clear, open layout and directional signposting
- All essential NPCs grouped logically — banking, trading, teleportation, and combat prep in dedicated zones
- Decorative environment that evolves with seasonal events and server milestones
- Reduced entity count for better client performance in populated areas
- New ambient soundtrack exclusive to the home zone
Home Square
The heart of the new home is the Home Square — a grand open plaza where players gather, trade, and socialise. It's been designed to feel like the true centre of Xalor, with clear sightlines and enough space that even a packed server won't feel claustrophobic.

What's in the Square
- Grand Exchange — relocated to the north side of the square for easy access
- Central Bank Booth — accessible from all four sides, no more queueing behind other players
- Noticeboard — displays active events, server news, and community highlights in-game
- Teleport Nexus — a unified teleport hub replacing the scattered teleport NPCs
The Hub
Just off the main square sits the Hub — an indoor area that houses all of the utility and progression NPCs. Think of it as your one-stop shop for everything that isn't skilling or combat. Need to manage your account, check achievements, or access the donation store? It's all here.

Hub NPCs
- Achievement Master — view progress, claim rewards, and browse the full achievement catalogue
- Slayer Master — pick up tasks, manage your block list, and purchase Slayer rewards
- Makeover Mage — change your character's appearance at any time
- Vote Manager — claim vote rewards and check your streak
- Donation Manager — browse and claim store purchases
- Title Manager — equip and preview all unlocked titles
💡 Tip: The Hub is accessible from anywhere via the ::hub command or through the Teleport Nexus in the Home Square. No more running around looking for the right NPC.
Skilling Zone — A Dedicated Training Hub
The skilling zone has been split from the main home area into its own dedicated location. This gives skillers a focused, distraction-free environment with every training method and resource node laid out in one compact, efficient space.

The skilling zone is organised into distinct areas by skill type:
- Gathering Wing — Mining rocks, fishing spots, and woodcutting trees of all tiers, from bronze to Infernal
- Production Wing — Furnaces, anvils, spinning wheels, cooking ranges, and crafting tables all in a compact layout
- Support Wing — Prayer altars, Herblore stations, and Runecrafting portals
- Bonus Area — High-tier nodes that unlock as you reach skill milestones (70+, 85+, 99+)
Skilling Zone Perks
- +5% passive XP bonus for all skills trained within the zone
- No random events or interruptions while in the skilling zone
- Deposit box available at every wing — no need to leave for banking
- Milestone unlocks displayed on a progress board as you hit them
Slayer Area
While the skilling zone handles peaceful training, we haven't forgotten about combat. The home area now features a dedicated Slayer section with access to commonly-assigned Slayer creatures and a direct teleport to each Slayer master.

- Low, mid, and high-tier Slayer creatures available on-site for quick task completion
- Slayer equipment shop stocked with essentials — enchanted gems, broad bolts, and slayer helmets
- Task streak tracker displayed at the entrance
- Direct teleports to Nieve, Duradel, and the Xalor-exclusive Slayer Master
⚠️ Note: The old home area has been fully retired. All NPCs, features, and teleport destinations now route to the new locations. If you had the old home saved as a teleport favourite, it will automatically redirect.
